🚁 Position Overview

To build and run a scalable, execution-focused finance function that transitions Thryve from a managed service model to an in-house, systems-driven finance operation. You will not only be working directly with various team members within the finance function, and others for managing the finances of projects and the company, but also collaborating directly with the co-founders.

📝 Responsibilities

1. Financial Control and Governance

• Own monthly close, management reporting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with Indian regulations, including GST, TDS, and corporate filings
• Maintain audit-ready books with strong documentation and controls
• Interface with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

2. Project Finance and Cash Flow Oversight

• Monitor project-level budgets, burn rates, and fund utilization across SPVs
• Track receivables, payables, and working capital cycles
• Build and manage cash flow forecasts at entity and consolidated levels
• Ensure proper allocation of costs across projects, entities, and geographies

3. Systems and Process Design (AI-first)

• Design and implement automated workflows for expenses, reimbursements, and approvals
