As we scale, we are looking for a People Lead who can own our global People function end-to-end, balancing talent, culture, and operations with equal strength. Over the past year, we have laid the foundation for hiring, HR processes, and culture design. Now we need someone who can refine, strengthen, and run these systems at scale.
This is a hands-on yet strategic role. You'll manage people operations, partner with leadership on org planning, drive global hiring where needed, and cultivate a culture designed for a distributed, mission-driven team.
